Sometimes, I really feel that Liz Lemon and I are twins, seperated at birth by a couple of years. I totally endorse the Night Cheese, and I think you should too. My night cheese? Brie, of course.

It's all about the smoked gouda, my friend.

Failing that, a nice mild swiss.

Either way, night cheese is definitely the tastiest of cheeses.

Okay, okay, smoked gouda is "all that", but I much prefer my soft cheeses. Give me a sauvagine or a Brie any day. ;-)
